Beef and Vegetable Rice
Ingredients
500g ground beef
2 cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
200 g green peas
3 cup cooked rice
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced onion
Method
In a large skillet brown beef, garlic and ginger over a moderate heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove beef pour off drippings in same skillet.
Heat oil until hot and stir fry red pepper and pea pods till crisp and tender.
Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well return beef to pan and heat through for about 5 minutes stir in onion sliced,garnish as desired and serve.
